Return Policy Overview
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support.ae@sadhgurukaryam.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns must be sent to our designated return address, which will be communicated to you upon return approval.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at support.ae@sadhgurukaryam.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In addition to the product categories listed above, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products (special orders)
- Personal care goods (beauty products, hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
